Before sending in your lighter, please refer to our How-to section to fix any occasional issues that may not require sending in your lighter.

Step 1. Purchase a "warranty replacement fee" this will cover any shipping/replacement cost.
Step 2. Fill this form out in the link below & input your invoice for the "Warranty Replacement Fee":

Please keep in mind: If you have an item that does not appear on the list, please choose the “Can’t find your product” option when prompted; and upload a photo of your item. We will then review your claim and properly identify your item.
The SKU number and name of your item can also be found on the barcode sticker on the packaging/box.
